My position though I do not state it is I would like to see the AOC 16 or 17 in all states. And lower penalties across the board. 13 and 14 year old girls must remain offlimits to all men, though they can have sex with other minors. The US is not ready for an AOC of 15. Maybe later on.

My true feelings about AIC laws is that every society seems to want to have them, so they must exist. Ideally in the US the AOC should be 16 or 17, preferably 16. What does that even mean other than allowing the girl to press charges if she later “regrets” the sex years later (or if she catches her older boyfriend cheating on her)?
In any case, rape definitions have become so broad these days that any genuine “lack of sexual self-determination” could be prosecuted under general rape laws.
I guess it doesn’t happen very often. It goes to trial and a neutral psychologist comes in and examines the girl and determines if the man was taking advantage of her, and this is pretty hard for the state to prove. I guess there are a few convictions. Sentences are not extreme.

Also you are no longer a child at age 14 in Germany. You see restrictions like this a lot, like estrupo in Latin America. All in all it’s a much better system than we have here. Well, I agree that I wouldn’t be that bothered with the high feminist age of consent if the punishments weren’t as draconian as they have become. But to really question paedohysteria you have to dissect the arguments for the (high) age of consent, and then most of us realize they are bull.
The problem with being “defensive” is that it risks closing the Overton window, which is probably what feminists want. So it might be barely acceptable to question the excesses of paedohysteria, but it’s totally taboo to seriously question the age of consent – even the people speaking out against paedohysteria agree with the age of consent!
The German law is, or was, pretty reasonable. I would personally shift it a little lower, so from 14 there are no restrictions, and between 12-13 the police only get involved if the parents or the girl make a complaint. However, I remember reading towards the end of Angela Merkel’s rule that she and the German government made it a bit stricter and wanted more prosecutions made under it.
I also don’t agree with “Romeo and Juliet” laws. This has been discussed here many times. If a 15 year old girl can consent to sex with a 17 year old, why can’t she consent with an older man? Because the 17 year old is equally as “immature”? That doesn’t really make any sense. Surely it’s better for a young person to be guided through sexuality and relationships with a caring older man with some experience, rather than a bumbling, testosterone fuelled peer who will be bragging to his mates?

Well if you want the lab studies, the age at which men find females most attractive is 23. For women and men it’s a bit higher. For gay men, it’s lower. Which rings true with everything we know: men like younger women, women like older men, and gay men like teenage boys (pederasty).
18% of men are as attracted to 12-14 year old girls as they are to grown women, but we only call men hebephiles if they have a PREFERENCE for pubescent girls. I am just thinking out loud here, and trying to have a glass half-full attitude. Maybe the time wasn’t right back then. Maybe the times 14 years ago weren’t bad enough for such a documentary to be considered good or necessary. Why do I say this? Back then in 2012 all the terms that are nowadays used so inflationary haven’t been used that much. Predator hunting, as far as I know, didn’t exist in its form as it does now. Age-gap relationships when both parties are above 18 haven’t been under such scrutiny, or hatred and slander as they do now. Maybe that documentary has the potential for a revival. Maybe it was rejected by the men’s right movement because the madness hadn’t affected 18+ couples too much at this point, so it was easier to draw the line for them there. However, and as we can see, the whole pedophilia and age-gap hysteria has transcended well into the 18+ category. You have a vast amount of men who suffer from an impaired sexuality since they think they are the worst human being for being attracted to young(er) women.

But for now, I found a site that lists the average waist and hip sizes for American girls between 10 and 19. One of the most agreed upon criterion that men find attractive in females is a waist to hip ratio (WHR) between 0.67 and 0.80. So I calculated the average WHR for each year and found that girls between 13 and 17 got closest to it (peaking slightly at 15 and 16) and that by 18 had already started moving further away from it. For example, and this is actually pertinant to the peak beauty issue: If as RL states that the police are only interested in going after the preteen and toddler stuff, then given the tens of thousands arrested every year, then surely that suggests to anybody who isn’t a bonehead, that the “teen erotica” stuff must be viewed in the millions, given that as Lindsey himself accepts, it’s more “normal” to be attracted to teen girls than preteens and toddlers.
Secondly, it’s very common for men arrested for crimes completely unrelated to “child sexual abuse” to have “illicit images” found on their devices by the pigs, and subsequently charged under femihag CP laws. One obvious example is Andrew Tate. This is why the pigs love these laws so much. For them, it’s even better than the old cannabis possession laws. They don’t even have to plant anything on the suspect they want to nab; just examine his harddrive and there’s a good chance they can dig up a deleted image of a 17 year old posing erotically that he looked at years ago.
They’re not going to care about that because they have to prove she looked like she could not possibly be 18, unless you knew her and knew her age. Realistically that means you can have images of 15-17 year old girls assuming you don’t know how old they were. There do seem to be sites on the Net with images of naked teenage girls and even sites with videos of teenage girls having sex.
I guess this stuff isn’t a priority because it’s hard to tell how old they are and also I assume they have their hands full with the bad stuff. If they’re arresting men for illegal images found in searches of their computers, almost guaranteed that’s going to be really bad stuff.

All I can say is that in the UK it’s certainly not the case that the pigs have to prove an image is of an underage person. For a start, every country in the world except some states of the US have “virtual CP” laws, which define somebody looking like an U18 (even a cartoon character) as illegal in a sexual context.
There was a famous case a few years ago when the pigs in the UK were throwing as many charges at 88 year old Rolf Harris as they could muster, and one of them was for posession of CP because he had looked at a legal teen porn site and they found the images on his harddrive. He only escaped charges for that because the website in question confirmed to the police that the images were of their (18+) models.

Continuing the research Robert failed to do, I asked AI to give me the real stats. According to USSC and NCMEC data, 25% of the porn material is of teens aged 13+ in federal “child porn” arrests, and 70% of the suspects had at least one image of teens 13+. However, that data is 15 years old, before smartphones. AI estimates that today, over 50% and rising of all “child porn” is self-produced 13-17 year old content, which is the fastest growth category of “child porn” according to the NCMEC. So, Robert is wrong on both the “child porn” age distribution of suspects’ collections and under 18 content online.
But you don’t even need this data, just do a Google search of news articles, and you find thousands of stories of men arrested with “child porn” of 13-17 year olds on their phones/computers by the FBI, most of the time working with Walsh’s degenerate NCMEC femiservative snitches. I never understood this concept of “grooming”. What the hell does that even mean?
The very use of the word is an act of manipulation where it is framed as if men can’t have innocent desires, and minor teen women can never give meaningful consent.
Also, if the argument is that brain scans show that some of areas of the prefrontal cortex associated with emoitional impulse control is smaller on average in teens, then by the same studies men also have those regions smaller on average than women(despite having much larger brain overall). No wonder, it is so easy to manipulate men to fight wars.
So why are men not protected from women and war?
Even worse than men is the case for dogs and cats. They have those regions even smaller. Can they give meaningful consent to being pets? Isn’t it animal abuse? Aren’t pet owners grooming their pets? Can those pets have meaningful sex without abusing themselves and pet babies?
Note, by the way, that this is entirely correlational, and not causational, as pointed out by Robert Epstein. That reminds me of something I was going to mention. I bought a pair of Meta Oakley running glasses with a camera a while ago. I rarely record anything but it’s handy for scenic photos without getting my smartphone out, and good to know I can record if I get into a scrape or something.

This is literally the situation in California right now. I know about it because I talked to two 16 year old girls and they told me this was going on.. They said in all cases the girls seduced the men. They both wanted to have sex with me. Can I say that?

What should be the law?
If the idea is to protect infants and prepubescents from unwanted consequences of sex, I am not sure if ‘Age of Statutory Consent'(AOSC) is the right approach. Think about it, when an individual cannot consent, there are always one or more guardians who can consent on behalf of that person. For example, little children can’t legally consent to vaccination, usually their parents do it for them. However, when it comes to sexual AOSC, we don’t even allow any small group of guardians to decide on behalf of them. That in itself makes this law hypocritical and inconsistent.
I think the general AOSC should be low like 10(prior to which parents make tough decisions). In addition, there should be a new type of law that should be brought into place – such as “protection of children below teenage from strong sexual advances”. This law prevents anyone to approach someone upto 12 for any kind of sexual intercourse. Although milder stuff like hugging should be ok, if the child consents. Also, if the child herself does something like voluntarily uploading her nudes to the internet, then nobody is charged for it because nobody approached her, and she is considered to be able to consent for nudity. Apart from this may be ages 13,14,15 can only be approached if the minor person initiates it, otherwise there should be some restrictions. And the age of majority/adulthood should be 16.
Something like that, though I am not completely rigid on the rules. Just a random thought that crossed my mind. What do people here think?

No, the police often state that sting operations should be left to them, but at least in the UK, they arrest and convict the men. And if you called the cops and told them you thought your neighbor was having sex with some 16 year old girl, they would probably hang up on you. I’m not even sure they arrest on 16 and 17 year old girls here. I know for a fact that ic the girl is that age and the man is 18-25, no DA will file here. If you were older and the girl was that age and complained, they might tell the girl to cut off the mam and then go to the man and read him the riot act if he doesn’t leave the girl alone, he’s going to jail.
Here they will refuse to do anything on unlawful intercourse without a complaint from the girl (or maybe her parents). I don’t know if you understand but our jails and prisons are FULL. We are under multiple penitentiary overcrowding measures. The state prisons are under an order of no more than 133% capacity.
This has resulted in a lot of prison inmates being transferred to local jails, which has brought the culture of prison to local jails. They were Hellish before but now they are worse. Many county jails are under overcrowding orders too. In one county recently if you went down on car theft you would do one day in jail and get released because that was considered a minor crime.
My brother did seven weeks recently in Protective Custody because he threatened to kill my Mom. There were a few men in there on unlawful intercourse (my state stopped calling it statutory rape because they said it wasn’t real rape). He said they were in on, say, banging 14 year old girls. They all said she lied about her age ?. Dubious.
Despite the horrible fearmongering about “sex offenders in penitentiaries,” he said no one cared about them in PC so they were at no risk of assaults. He said there was a higher level of PC for worse offenders, like a super PC. I’m not sure who was in there but he implied it was real child molesters, rapists, murderers, etc. They didn’t trust the inmates enough to put them in real PC.
I’m not sure we benefit from all this exaggeration and fearmongering about enforcement of these laws. What’s the point? This movement is a critique of fear based mass hysterias and moral panics, so the last thing we should be doing is being panicked and hysterical ourselves.
We don’t have to whistle through the graveyard either, but we shouldn’t be our own type of pedohysterics. We’re supposed to be the calm ones.
Again, if you continue to claim that the police do not enforce age of consent laws I will have to shut down comments here for a week or two. In less than two week’s time, if you ever visit virtually any porn tube site like Pornhub, or well, just about porn site, if you are in the UK, given that on your phone or laptop you will probably have videos recoverable that you viewed of “fakecest” scenarios, you are liable for 2 years in prison and years on the nonce register.

This pedo hunting phenomenon is spreading to almost everywhere in the world. I hear about more cases all around the world. The only silver-lining I see is that I think most people have a negative view of it. They just don’t speak out openly fearing that they too might become a target. The only people who actually condone this type of sick behavior are the violence loving people who are looking for a scapegoat to bully and the feminist-brainwashed stupid people, and occasionally the over-protective parents who don’t like who their daughters are dating. I still think they are a minority.
Just to be clear once again, when I wrote earlier that 13,14,15 years should have some protection, I wasn’t thinking of normal approaches, but pressuring. My intention wasn’t virtue signalling. But I do think there is a problem with AOC laws – they are not logically consistent and often have double standards. I think the following might be an OK approach:
– 0-9 : can’t consent(parents decide, but no parental intercourse allowed)
– 10-12 : can consent, but to consent for sex they need to pass some sort of competence exam. also heavily shielded from being pressured.
– 13-15 : can consent, and don’t need to pass exams, but are shielded from being pressured.
– 16+ : full adult
When it comes to nudity, 10+ decide for themselves, and below that parents decide.
Again, these are my momentary thoughts, not rigid opinions.
I definitely don’t think any non-violent sexual offence should be treated as harshly as a violent crime. And I don’t buy the sexual offences should be treated differently because of high recidivism argument because punishments can always be made stricter for repeat offences than for first time offences.

Your suggestion about U10s is bizarre, to be honest. So 5 year olds can’t consent to sex but their parents can consent on their behalf? So a parent could hand out his 3 yo son to his paedophile friends and that would be legal? At the same time, you’d be treading on eggshells in a relationship with a 15 yo in case she accused you of “pressurizing” her? As Robert would say, rightly in this case, that’s a very realistic goal to have, NOT. Really best to keep that for paedophile blogs like Eivind’s or Tom O’Carolls’ before I get cancelled.
