Spain’s Supreme Court has ruled that a man kissing the hand of a woman without her consent can constitute sexual assault.
In a case that dates back to 2023, a man approached a woman at a bus stop in Madrid, kissed her hand and made gestures to suggest she follow him and that he would pay her.
A court found the man guilty of sexual assault and fined him €1,620 (£1,400; $1,858), a sanction that was upheld by Madrid’s provincial tribunal.
The convicted man took the case to the Supreme Court, arguing that there had been no violence or intimidation in his interaction with the woman.

I have been posting on AF’s blog since the end of June 2025, and showed many examples when it came to men and how they process their desire for a young woman.
I wanted to see and most importantly show what the average man really feels like and what he thinks. I have yet to see anyone else talk or write about it in depth, therefore I decided to take this task upon myself. However, there will be nothing new for people who have already read my past comments. This will be just a summary.
Generelizations will be made since I can’t take every exception into consideration. My claim is that men are in a dismal condition, and suffer from an impaired or damaged sexuality. That is my conclusion from what I have read, but also seen and witnessed in real life. The amount of times I have read that they feel inherently guilty was a lot as you can see. You don’t just see it in older men, but also “underage” males. There are 16-year-olds that have complexes and guilt for being interested in a 15-year-old, and whether they are a pedo. It doesn’t just stop there.
We concentrate mostly on sexual interests and relationships, but what about plotanic relationships or non-sexual friendships? They are affected the same. What about fathers spending time with their children outside. You probably have seen many cases of false accusations whether by other relatives or strangers. Thank God Germany is in that regard not as bad as the Anglo-American world, but since we are international here, I try to encompass other nations as well. Even Jack here mentioned some time ago how he would no longer take his ex-girlfriend’s daughter to Disney Land. Men are being alienated by society from all younger people regardless of what the exact intention might be, whether it is platonic, educational or sexual. AF, you mentioned it a couple of times over the previous months — generational apartheid.

Anyway, this is not normal and also very detrimental. You cannot sustain a society with men of all ages having their normal sexual desires at their core and foundation destroyed.
A lot of men claim or pretend that they don’t care what other people or society at large thinks of them. Younger generations may pretend they are “alpha” or “sigma” males whereas older men have their “bravado” and “machismo.” While this might be true for some of them, I say a lot! of men are insecure and very self-conscious, and don’t want to ruin their reputation by admitting that they like young women.
It may have taken many years to succeed, but in the end feminists and age cucks were successful. They went right for the jugular. But even many men themselves are buying into it. They have been successfully convinced that their feelings and attraction to young women, even above the magical age of 18, is inherently evil and disgusting. Otherwise you wouldn’t have all these men saying and writing what I have posted here. It is not supposed to be this hard to get to know and engage with the opposite sex. And the notion of “The man should know better” and “You shouldn’t be interested in “little girls”” is a fundamental attack on any man, and I hope more and more men will finally see and understand it like that. While there might be gray areas or different levels or layers, every person that condemns you for your NORMAL! attraction to young women is an enemy.
At best our sexuality is seen as a nuisance or necessary evil to produce offspring, and thus additional worker bees and cannon fodder. At worst it is met with hatred, disgust, and violence when push comes to shove. Then why? Why should I or any other man give a rat’s ass about society? In my opinion, this phenomenon is also why we see fewer marriages and children. When many men are already so scared to approach a young woman or even when approached themselves but don’t engage because they fear of getting lynched, even when the “gap” is only a few years, then what do you think the effect will have long term? This is the best form of birth control one can have. Forget about the pill, or condoms, or abortions. When men and women don’t even engage sexually you don’t need to worry about the rest in the first place. People have become obsessed with age and age groups. The concept of “age” has become a detriment to our species. We are the only species that cares about age. We have become so smart that we have become retarded again. Puberty is the only reference you need. We are way beyond just making “fun” of “older” men being with younger women. It has been replaced with intense hatred and violence. Also, since the acceptable gap is shrinking by the year, you remove any incentive for any man to put effort into it. If a 25-year-old man is already too old for a 20-year-old, what do you think the long-term consequences will be?

Pushing everything else aside, when it comes to being openly attracted to young women, there is probably no worse time to be born into it. It goes beyond just whether a younger women is interested or not. It is not just simple rejection. It goes much deeper. When our societies decide that we men are cockroaches because we reach an arbitrary age and don’t deny that young women are still attractive, whether above or below an arbitrary age, I grow immense hatred. I have seen my fair share of ISIS/middle eastern and Latin American gore videos over the years. I don’t have to tell you that these aren’t pleasant at all.
The fact that so many people in our western cultures think that being interest in a young woman, whether below or above an arbitrary age, is worse than the aforementioned leaves me simultaneously flabbergasted, but also grows my hatred and contempt for society at large. When society at large determines that these horrendous acts and crimes are considered more “forgiving” or even “fun” (for some individuals) and less horrible than being naturally interested in young women than I’d say go to hell and these societies can perish for all I care. If “society” is only giving me the option to be with an “age-apprpropriate” woman than I’d rather stay alone if it is not of my own volition. While I still find (some) “age-appropriate” women attractive (given my age), the problem is when society dictates to me what I am supposed to be attracted to or else… I also have no problem with other men being with women who are their age. This was never an issue for me. The problem starts when these men and women act holier-than-thou and start attacking us. There is also this notion that age-gap relationships (reminder a 5-year gap is not an “age gap”) have always been percieved like they are today thus the hatred is justified for feminists and age cucks. From what I have seen and read this is not the case. What we experience today has never induced such hysteric responses before. You don’t even have to go back centuries or millennia, even just a couple of decades ago there was never this hatred we see today.

She was pointing her finger at me, I backed away, confused/surprised, stammering that I wasn’t trying to bother anyone (i was holding my 10 pound dog, he was trying to get out of my arms and defend me from the woman). The woman called the girls dad over; he started coming at me in threatening way, saying “people like you should be killed” etc. I grabbed the things I had dropped, and retreated to the parking lot.
Everyone on the beach was gawking. I lost my sunscreen. Needless to say, It was wildly humiliating.
The funny part is that I haven’t “approached” anyone since before I got married in 2015. Ive been divorced for almost 3 years and only within the last few months have i felt like trying to talk to anyone, man or woman, at all (outside of work where i have to talk to people). Hell, it was just nice to have someone WANT to talk to me, and it was really awesome that she was pretty. I really haven’t approached many people ever, except when at drunken parties or bars in my 20s. I got laid a lot in high school but i regretted not treating sex seriously, then, in college i just kind of fell off, since sex in college was treated like a handshake.
I dont know how old she was – I frequently hear that talking about age makes it awkward, so I didnt – she looked like an adult as best as I could tell. I have to TRY to interact with people I find attractive or just give up and die alone. This was meant more towards myself (or us) to not spend all the time with these topics. Stepping away voluntarily here and there so to speak. These topics are important, and they need to be talked about a lot, but depending on the severity it can lower your mood signifcantly for some time. I wouldn’t want to impose strict breaks for anyone. Since not everyone is living the same lifestyle, commentators should have the opportunity to comment any time. We live on different continents and time zones, may have different work schedules or not. While some have more times on the weekend to research and write, other may have more time during the week. It depends. Imagine you have a new commentator that finds the time right now to comment, but the site says, “Sorry, shop’s closed. Try again next time.”
In a way you already have the break, or delay established since every comment needs to be approved by you. Depending on what you are doing, it can take hours or even a day or two for the comments to be published. Maybe you could announce between certain dates that comments can still be written and submitted, but will be reviewed only after a certain date thus you as the blog owner and approver get some time off.

Of course there is a lot of formal and informal censorship to get past, but it’s worth a try.

Thanks Wolfenstein – yes, it did go quite well. The urologist put his finger inside me and performed an ultrasound scan and didn’t find anything concerning. He’s referred me for an MRI scan and another PSA test. He told me that I shouldn’t worry at this stage and that PSA tests can be unreliable.

Yes, I think I said recently that the average age of the Ukrainian army is something like 45. They have been having to recruit ever older men because so many of the 25-35 year olds have been killed. The explicit justification for not drafting under 25 men is because they claim it would threaten Ukraine with demographic collapse (they need the young men to start families). If there wasn’t age gap hysteria, this wouldn’t be a problem and they could send their best men in their physical prime (i.e. 18-25) to fight and encourage older 45 year old men to start families with the 18 year old girls.
I haven’t visited Ukraine since for a few years but their laws and culture were very different to the West a decade ago. Teenagers start university at 17 for one thing, so would be difficult even now to consider them “minors” or children.

What might have happend here is that the “girl” in fact told him she was 14 or whatever, intitially or before meeting him, and the victim is saying 17 for obvious reasons.
