Spain’s Supreme Court has ruled that a man kissing the hand of a woman without her consent can constitute sexual assault.
In a case that dates back to 2023, a man approached a woman at a bus stop in Madrid, kissed her hand and made gestures to suggest she follow him and that he would pay her.
A court found the man guilty of sexual assault and fined him €1,620 (£1,400; $1,858), a sanction that was upheld by Madrid’s provincial tribunal.
The convicted man took the case to the Supreme Court, arguing that there had been no violence or intimidation in his interaction with the woman.

It might be noted that the original two words in these places, “yard” and “heart” obviously don’t rhyme perfectly anyway.
On top of that, there’s at least one line of this one that could have been better. Here I’ll present the amended version-” And I’m a bad boy ’cause I won’t even kiss here” is closer to the original than

Why? As I have mentioned in early April, the indoctrination and brainwashing runs so deep by now, that you have countless men that succesfully sabotage themselves unfortunately even when both are above 18*. What I was focusing on, or trying to compare was that just the fact that the woman was 18, not even a “minor,” is enough for them to use it as an excuse or justification to what had happened to him. I think it was you who showed a Youtuber a couple of weeks ago who publicly said that middle-aged men who have sex with 20-year-olds should be killed. As I said back then, “Looks like I wasn’t hyperbolic after all,” or something like that.

I couldn’t find my comment quickly, but when the news came out that he was killed a couple of months ago, I mentioned how I was surprised that it still took roughly 12 years before he was killed given his notoriety and the British anti-nonce culture.
