Sometimes, I feel the same way when I come across a newspaper clipping that shows how different the past was to the present world. Feminists want us to believe that today’s anti-male sexuality values are something that has always been part of life in the West, even if to a lesser degree. They fear the truth being exposed that attitudes were so vastly different, and could be so again. On this page we can help to preserve the truth about the past, and avoid letting it be thrown into the feminist “memory hole”. As for Winston, we will do this primarily for our own sanity, but it will also be a little pushback against the cultural amnesia that feminists appear to have succeeded in creating. One thing that was different legally was that even in the UK the minimum age for porn was 16 until the 1990s (although selling any ‘hardcore porn’ was pretty much legally a grey area). It has now been proven that society wasn’t destroyed by allowing gay people to pursue relationships that are natural to them, but have a fully developed conscience and capacity to care for society in general on a wide and broad basis apart from the interests of gays alone. They have proven capable of showing genuine concern and respect for their same sex partners, and that their freedom benefits society on a wide basis.
The great majority of the dominant white population in the West believed that black people were inherently less intelligent than white people, to the point of being unable to learn to read and write, and thus deserved to be chattel slaves or prevented from becoming doctors, lawyers, scientists, educators, etc. The fact that black people were not allowed to try and learn how to read and write in the first place helped bolster that once common belief, which was a major case of dirty pool on the part of the majority. Now we know black people are just as intelligent as white people. Today society believes similar things about the intelligence of younger people. But if we gave younger people a chance to prove themselves it is likely that would also prove society is wrong about their perceived intelligence.
People who are judgmental of age gaps need to understand that the older people in age gap relationships are actual human beings like everyone else. So to those following this discussion, I would appreciate if a little respect is shown. Because if it turns out that the mainstream public opinion is wrong, then anyone who didn’t will have contributed to harming many people because of an inability to consider they could have been wrong. There are millions of people who only do well in age gap relationships and many younger people’s freedom are affected by the public’s paranoia of age gaps.
Someone could argue that the few who talk out against age gap hysteria are probably wrong. But it’s not about the tiniest percentage of people buying this. Few years ago Olivier Mathieu run wordpress blog “indefensedavidhamilton”. There were many of his works for various magazines , it included even photos of previously mentioned person, so I guess in France (or Italy as he resided also there) it was not considered “indecent”(as he is not feeble-minded for sure).
However that blog is dead, his reason to end it was supposedly disgust with present-day society and also some financial problems.

I am not a movie guy, especially when it comes to very old ones. However, I came across a movie by chance that might suit this topic, “To Have and Have Not” from 1944.

But in 1969 he made ‘Age of Consent’ in Australia, which cast James Mason (who starred in Kubrick’s Lolita) as an artist alongside an ‘underage’ model (actually played by 23 year old Helen Mirren in her first role).

Today’s 1960 movie I watched was ‘The Time Machine’. I thoroughly enjoyed it. What struck me was that not only was the actress who played 30 year old Rod Taylor’s love interest only 17, but she was playing in effect an immature child. As in HG Well’s original novel, the ‘Eloi’ literally have the mental age of 8 year olds (I think I remember that in his novel, they are described as even more physically immature than portrayed in the movie too).

Let me reference two more movies you have probably seen, Jurassic Park (1993) and American Beauty (1999), and a television show Californication (2007-2014)

I will start with the negative aspects first since I wanna end this comment on a good note.
– The main plot in these two episodes is about one of the lifeguards “Eddie Kramer” (one of the protagonists and played by a 30-year-old man at the time) is accused of statutory rape for allegedly having sex with Caroline, a 15-year-old (who is played by a 17-year-old actress).
– There shouldn’t be any charges or arrests to begin with obviously. For men like us this should go without saying.
– Evenually in part 2 “Eddie” gets exonerated by the 15-year-old by admitting that she lied. For my taste this part at the end of the second part/episode happened to quickly, all is forgiving and forgotten, he even shakes her hand and says good bye, though hesitantly. We are talking about a serious crime (for society) that could have led to serious consequences, even though maybe not as harsh as today. I’d say from a plot’s perspective they just rushed it to get this done in two episodes.
– Californian/Hollywood spread of age cuckery. Shows like these over the years and decades also promoted this notion that everything under 18 is statutory rape. May have taken years or decades, but we see the result today. Even many Americans themselves think that Californian consent laws apply to all other states. Worse, today many (younger) Europeans think Californian law applies to European countries, or if it’s not it should be, or even higher.
Good aspects:
– Regardless of the plot – If you wanna see some old-fashioned eye candy, i.e., young (above and below the magical age of 18), fit, attractive women, and not some diversity, DEI, old, fat girl-bosses or whatever.
– In the beginning of the episode his girlfriend (I will mention below) doesn’t want him to be assigned to a part of a beach with attractive 15-year-olds.
– At the very least two actual/real underage attractive women are shown in the episode who clearly show the attraction to the (moderately) older man, especially the one who later falsely accuses him, but only since she was pressured by her father. They look indistiungishable from all the young women above the age of 18. Of course since there is no difference. All of them are grown, sexually mature women.
– The 15-year-old (played by a 17-year-old) offers Eddie (30-year-old actor) sex and tries to sedcuce him. Watch from 23:11 to 25:19. And even after he rejects her, she is not letting it go.
– She boasts the she allegedly had slept with him to brag in front of the other underage girls.
– Actual and real underage teenage women are shown in bikinis. Not only that, the camera focuses on them how they strip down/change to their bikinis and bathing suits for almost three minutes! Seriously and as “morale boost,” if you were to watch just parts of it, watch Episode 9, Season 2 from 12:07-15:00. Almost a three-minute clip of young, hot women undressing and walking on the beach. As a bonus you have the jealous girlfriend “watching” him. Show me a modern show, hell even from 15-20 years ago, that portrays something like that. I wish there was a Youtube clip available. You probably have to stream the episode in some way. But some parts of that clip were shown by “Heather.”
– How came it out? How did the father and the public find out? This I really like, because it really shows what nowadays is omitted — jealousy hidden by supposed concern. On of the other girls is jealous of “Caroline” that she had slept with Eddie, thus she decided to tell her father and snitch on her.
– Not once was the “victim” described as a “child” nor was the alleged crime framed as something else other than “statutory rape,” which is already bad enough for men like us. Not once did I hear any words which are used today so frequently — groomer, predator, pedophile (and all its spelling variants), chomo and what not, or were directed at the accused man.
– His girlfriend (played by Erika Eleniak, 8-9 years younger than the male actor and very attractive at least back then) and social circle is supportive of him and have a “innocent until guilty” attitude since they know underage teenagers are not as innocent as portrayed today. To be fair, how would the producers and writers have framed it if he had indeed had sex with a 15-year-old? Who knows. The only “crime” one (for people like us) could accuse him of would be cheating on his girlfriend if he had done it, not “child molestation” or “pedophilia” or anything like it.
– While the word “jailbait” was never mentioned, the very concept of it was very much highlighted and portrayed.
– The show, or at least these two episodes, showed and admitted something that is no longer shown today — young women, even under the age 18, teenagers, like and are attracted to older guys, or at least were in the past.
– Everyone acknowledges, even his younger girlfriend, that young, hot beach bunnies want a “trophy.” That’s why these episodes are titled like that. The lifeguard, and the sex or affair with him, is a “trophy” for underage teenage women.
– The accused man today would not just suffer from law enforcement even when on bail today, but vigilantes (predator/pedophile hunters), and the exposure on social media.
– Not really tied to Baywatch, but this was filmed during a time where there was still no sex offender register in the US for another 2 years or so (introduced in 1994). The US became the first western nation to introduce such public registers.
