I thought I would create a “sticky” page for us to discuss movies in relation to antifeminism and Male Sexualism. We can share thoughts, recommendations, and reviews in the comments section. And I’ll post some of the more important movies I watch with some thoughts in the main page. I’ll start with the 1960 adaptation of H.G.Well’s “The Time Machine” (I’ll just copy what I posted as a comment on another thread here several months ago-at least for now).

Today’s 1960 movie I watched was ‘The Time Machine’. I thoroughly enjoyed it. What struck me was that not only was the actress who played 30 year old Rod Taylor’s love interest only 17, but she was playing in effect an immature child. As in HG Well’s original novel, the ‘Eloi’ literally have the mental age of children (I think I remember that in his novel, they are described as even more physically immature than portrayed in the movie too).
And yet in both the novel and even more overtly in the movie, the audience are expected to understand that the male hero can fall in love with the Eloi girl.
I haven’t watched the more recent adaption starring Guy Pearce, but I think I recall that the actress who played the Eloi girl was in her mid-twenties.
The Time Machine (novel and movie) also has relevance in regard to the possibility that the work-free society of the future depicted might come about soon with AI. If ASI comes about and the need for human work ends then I can foresee something like a hippy student 1960s style culture becoming the norm, with people (forever young) lazing around, taking drugs and making free love. I hope so!
Crazy to think that the 1960s are so long ago now. The novel of HG Wells was published in 1895, exactly 65 years before the movie adaptation. And it is now exactly 65 years since the movie adaptation.
I also wonder if HG Wells, who was absolutely a sexual libertarian, was having a dig in the novel at the raising of the age of consent to 16, which happened only ten years previously?

The actress who played the Eloi girl in the 2002 version with Guy Pearce was Samantha Mumba who would have been 18 during filming. I found her quite appealing and loved the age gap relationship. This is definitely not a movie that would be made today and not just for the age gap reason…having a White male come to the rescue of a “vulnerable woman of colour” would probably also anger the PC mob even though her youth, beauty and erotic power gave HER the power over him. Overall I found the movie to be decent and reasonably enjoyable worth a watch but not a blockbuster or anything like that.

Can you imagine having these tools when you were a teen? How the hell does anybody expect horny teen boys not to use these things? I remember being a teen boy (in the 80s) and the lengths we would go to to just find the occasional scrunched up discarded softporn mag like “Razzle”. What happens when neurolink brain interfaces are common? No doubt the femihags will demand laws so that they are constantly monitored in case a wearer is picturing a female work colleague naked, or thinking sexually of a “minor”.
It looks like OpenClaw agents operating a user’s PC or phone will become commonplace or ubiquitous soon. And no doubt femihags and governments will introduce laws so that the AI agent will have to automatically report to the authorities if it comes across anything “illicit” or suspicious.
Even the scale of the Russian gulags or the NAZI concentration camps wont compare to the number of prisons and the size of the sex offender population in places like the UK and the US in another couple of decades time.

The German Stasi is literally kindergarten compared to the digital surveillance of 2026 and beyond. It’s funny how Google AI still defines them as a “ruthless secret police service and intelligence agency,” if that’s true, what does that make Google?
I watched Fritz Lang’s “M” from 1931 today, for the first time.
He was attacking populist politics in Germany at the time, and of course, the rise of the Nazis. It is made clear, especially at the end, that the child murderer is the victim of his own compulsion. The police and authorities, in other words – the State, cannot catch him and stop the murders, so the criminal underworld steps in (because the heightened police presence and increased raids are harming their profits) and catch him themselves, and set themselves up as judge, jury, and exectutioners over him in a kangeroo court.
So it’s a thinly veiled attack on German society allowing itself to be manipulated by criminals and opportunitists who are only looking after their own selfish interests, and presenting themselves as popular solutions to problems that have complex causes and no easy fixes (psychopathic child murderers will always exist).
But that he did it through means of telling the story of a child murderer, and making him pretty much the most “sympathetic” character in the movie, shows how far culture and society has fallen. Today, Fritz Lang wouldn’t have been able to even present a teen sex “predator” with any humanity.
I’m beginning to think Trump is losing his mind. Take the following:

Yesterday I watched – “Don’t Talk to Strange Men” – a low-budget British “B-movie” from 1962. It’s also free to watch on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UhnArqS15yk
However, it’s definitely a misandrist anti-sex hysteria movie, being as it is one of the first “stranger danger” movies and presenting every older man as not just a potential “predator” but serial killer.
Despite this I did quite enjoy it. The plot concerns a 17 year old girl who hears the telephone ring in a telephone box next to the bus stop she is waiting at in a quite country lane. She answers it, and a smooth male voice on the other end claims to have gotten a wrong number, but skillfully starts to “groom” (in a real sense) the girl, and he rings her back on the following evenings while she waits for the bus.
The background to is is that there has been a serial killer on the loose targetting young women in the area, but the girl’s parents didn’t tell her in case it frightened her.

Another reason to watch it is because the girl (played by 22 yo Christina Gregg) has an adorable 14 year old sister (played by 14 yo Janina Faye).
In one scene, the two sisters are discussing how the older one’s night in the pub had been, and Janina Faye asks if there were any hot men in the pub. The reply – “only 40 year old corpses”.

It’s a wonder that the 1960s and the free love era ever happened with movies like this and the likes of Psycho at the cinemas.
I also think the girl of 14 is played far too infantalized for that period, so this was also a technique of propaganda used as far back as then. I’m sure the actress already had an adult lover, either one of the actors or one of the producers. They all did; only the really big child actresses were out of bounds for suitors, because they didn’t want them getting interfered with by anyone other than the money men.
And I bet you she became a rancid, feminist cunt in later life, too.

The older girl comes into her 14 yo sister’s bedroom, and the director makes a point of panning across the pictures she has on her wall – mostly older men.
That comment “only 40 year old corpses” is the kind of propaganda that was seeded as early as the sixties/seventies in order to imply that men of such age were not attractive to 14 year olds, when I think this is largely untrue. Girls of that age are certainly attracted to men in their mid forties, and, indeed, concurrently in those days a lot of the leading men in movies were of that age, and early adolescent girls fantasized about being with them.
Currently watching “Judgement at Nuremberg”. It’s pretty gripping actually, and an all-star cast delivering superb acting. It works because it focuses only on the lower level of the Nazi heirarchy – namely a group of judges (so American judges judging German judges). Although all the characters and events are fictional.
Didn’t expect to find anything relevant to us in it, but one of the key presentations in the prosecution case is that of the trial and execution of a Jewish man in his fifties for having a sexual relationshp with a 16 year old girl and in doing so breaking NAZI race-mixing laws. So it was realistic in 1961 for an American movie to present the execution of a (Jewish) middle-aged man for having sex with a16 year old girl as evidence of NAZI monstrosity.
The 16 year old girl (obviously a rather older woman in the movie) is played by Judy Garland.

I watched “The Day of the Triffids” (1962) over the weekend. Funnily enough, it stars the child actress Janina Faye, who also appeared in both of the first two paedohysteria propaganda movies of that time – “Don’t Take Sweets from a Stranger” (1960) and “Don’t Talk to Strange Men” (1962) – both of which I watched and mentioned here recently.
It’s beautifully ironic that in Day of the Triffids her character (an orphan) is picked up and saved at a train station amidst panicking crowds by a middle-aged male stranger who takes her with him to seek sanctury in France and then Spain. Tonight’s movie was Lawrence of Arabia (1962) by David Lean, which was based upon the true life of T.E.Lawrence – an English soldier who helped the Arabs liberate themselves from Ottoman rule in the First World War.
First time I’ve gotten around to watching it despite there being something of a co-incidental connection to my life – T.E.Lawrence was born in the same Welsh village as my father. Lawrence and his parents didn’t live there for very long, but my father was proud of the fact that he was born in the same tiny village as such a famous man and often talked about him when I was a kid. I very much remember him telling us that it was widely known that Lawrence was homosexual and loved Arabia because of the boys. It’s interesting that in the movie, Peter O’Toole plays him rather camply, and his “affection” for boys is strongly implied as he has two handsome young teenage Arabs follow him everywhere as his personal servants.

Watched the first James Bond film today – Dr No. I’ve never been into James Bond and haven’t watched any since I was a kid, but I enjoyed it. Can’t believe how much of a womanizer he is portrayed as! I assume it’s very different in the more recent movies.
Apparently, the two piece bikini caught on as a result of the famous scene in which Ursula Andress emerges from the sea in one.
