One particularly graphic example of this is the campaign, during the First World War, of British women distributing white feathers – a symbol of cowardice – to young men who were not in uniform.  These were distributed even to adolescent boys who were technically too young to register.  One boy, Frederick Broome, who had succeeded in enlisting at age 15, fought in battle, was returned to England in a febrile state and then discharged at the insistence of his father, who produced his birth certificate to convince the authorities.  Then, while walking over a bridge in town, then age 16, young Frederick was accosted by four girls who gave him three white feathers.  He later recalled as follows :

“I felt very humiliated.  I finished the walk over the bridge and there on the other side was the Thirty-seventh London Territorial Association of the Royal Field Artillery.  I walked straight in and re-joined the army.”

 

Note that I have not sought the author’s permission to quote the above passage – I assume he will have no objections to me highlighting a small sample of his work on a men’s rights advocacy site.

In the notes section, David Benatar also reveals that the feminist icon Virginia Wooff dismissed, against all the evidence, the claim that white feathers were handed out during World War I in any great numbers.  She apparently attributed the belief to ‘male hysteria’.

The article seems to be stressing the bravery of the female feminists. One of them ‘helped other women and children into the lifeboats’. Another, ‘broke her ankle boarding the lifeboat but survived’. Poor dear. William T Stead, meanwhile, exemplified Victorian chivalry with a stiff upper lip.

William T Stead – a British newspaper reporter who paved the way for tabloid journalism – was a social reformer and ardent advocate of women’s rights. While editor of the Pall Mall Gazette in 1885, he “bought” a 13-year-old girl for £5 in an attempt to expose the scale of child prostitution. Although he was jailed for unlawfully kidnapping a minor, the publicity the case generated led to the passing of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, which raised he age of consent from 13 to 16. A friend of suffragette Millicent Garrett Fawcett, Stead was proud of being the first editor to employ women on the same wages as men. After all the lifeboats on the Titanic had been filled, Stead, who had been travelling to a peace conference, is said to have gone to the First Class smoking room where he was last seen sitting in a leather chair reading a book.

 

Mercifully, it appears that this animal is about to be caught before he can kill again.

Alongside the relief of every decent human being on Earth that no more innocent children are going to die at his hands, you can almost hear the groans of disappointment from the Cultural Marxists and our feminist and paedocrite-mangina enemies.

It doesn’t matter that many in the men’s rights movement are black men, gay men, or even women.  Neither does it matter that many of us are protesting at the constant passing of laws by privileged middle-class women that results in the criminalization and jailing of untold numbers of black and gay men.

Similarly, when a broken father commits suicide by self-immolation outside of a family court house, then it means that any man who questions female bias in those courts, or anywhere else, needs to be placed on an FBI watch list.

Needless to say, this perverted ‘progressive liberal’ Orwellian logic doesn’t extend to the awful actions of individuals within ‘minority’ groups.  If, as it now appears, a French Muslim has been responsible for the cold blooded killing of Jewish children in ‘revenge’ for Palestine and for French involvement in Muslim lands, nobody would dare to suggest that anyone who criticises or (legally) protests against injustices in Palestine or against the French military presence abroad is committing ‘hate speech’, or is part of a hate group (simply for protesting), or is ‘inciting murder’.

And although some will use awful events such as these killings in order to portray Muslims in general, or Islam itself, as a danger to Western society, such people need to be careful that they themselves do not have the Cultural Marxist thought police arresting them for Islamophobia or ‘racism’.  Commit the folly of making any kind of connection between statements in the Koran calling for ‘the infidel to be killed wherever they are found’, and these or other killings by deranged  Muslim terrorists, and you yourself are the prejudiced and irrational dangerous hate criminal.

Nigel Robinson says his life has been plunged into a nightmare since he reported himself to authorities as an act of good citizenship.

In particular, the convention sets out a definition of sexual harassment, as “violating the dignity of a person, in particular when creating an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive environment.”

This, it says, is “subject to criminal or other legal sanction”.

And let’s be honest, it’s as much men as women who shame other men for using sex toys..  Sometimes I think that this is must be some kind of deep-rooted psychological inability of men to admit or even discuss anything which might be seen as an admission of ‘sexual inferiority’ to rival males – in the same way that most white men will never admit that white women (who aren’t fat and ugly, at least) find black men sexually attractive (whether it’s true or not).

And this leads to the question as to whether that same psychology will prevent there even being a men’s rights movement that is positively pro-male sexuality.  For to admit that male sexuality is being victimised by feminists is perhaps too close to an individual male admitting that he is, in some sense, a sexual loser.

This is one reason why I’m very conscious of not furthering the image of MRAs being sexual losers, especially when we know it is the feminists and their unattractive female support base, and their omega male mangina white knight champions, who are evidently the ones who can’t get laid, who need to criminalize others to have any hope at all of succeeding sexually.

In fact, if you have seen photographs or video of some of the leading men’s rights activists – such as AngryHarry, W.F.Price, Paul Elam, Bernard Chapin, Warren Farrell – they are all, despite being in or past middle-age, handsome men.  Compare that to the leading feminists, and indeed, the leading manginas..

And there is always the Japanese. As ever the BBC’s flagship news show, Today, totally misrepresents domestic violence (‘intimate-partner violence’ as it is properly known).

The BBC reports that the Home Office is to announce plans to enable women to check up on new partners to see if they have a history of DV/IPV.

No mention of the actually more serious issue of women perpetrators and their male victims.

WELL RESEARCHED FACTS:

1. The ‘controlling’ partner in 90% of couples is the woman, not the man.

2. Serious DV/IPV is perpetrated more by women — three to six times as much.

3. Injuries as a result of DV/IPV review studies show to be either parity or at most 2:1 female/male’ this despite female sex-differential body frame weakness and male sex-differential upper body strength.

4. Women are more likely in DV/IPV to use a weapon, attack unilaterally, and/or to attack when the partner is disabled; eg, asleep.

Nobody knows the incidence of women murdering their partners because most is hidden: either by using a third party or subterfuge.

This means that most murder of husbands and boyfriends by partners is not recorded as such.

By contrast, uxoricide is nearly always direct and overt — the guy nearly always kills himself straight afterwards (as, indeed, did Clare Woods’ partner); women never do so.

The upshot is that it is completely false to claim that murder of partners is mainly by men.

It may be roughly 50/50, and given what we know about DV/IPV it may be more by women. Nobody knows.

Refuge is an extreme-feminist, separatist man-hating obscenity of an organisation, as anyone without PC blinkers readily sees.

The notorious man-hating leader of Refuge, Sandra Horlick, knows all too well that men rarely seek help whereas women always do.

Most accusations to police are fraudulent — even more so than rape (and that, conservatively, is 35%).

If definition of DV/IPV were widened to encompass any sort of ‘abuse’ [sic] this still further plays into extreme separatist feminist hands, because although such abuse is female sex-typical, men are unlikely to complain of it — women are likely to invert their abuse to ‘project’ it on to their partner and themselves ciomplain to police!

The BBC’s view of DV/IPV could not differ more from the reality.

Underneath those two sentences is a third stating that your IP address has been recorded, together with your IP address (although they showed mine incorrectly).  You are then re-directed to another of their videos, and another of their hags explaining why pornography is evil (a video that has now over 1,400 downvotes and less than 100 upvotes).

This is the arrogance of the psychotic individuals who make up the myriad lobby groups of the sexual trade union.  They want half of the people on this planet to live in a world where any criticism of them, or of their laws on or attitudes to porn, leads you to fear having your door broken in by the FBI at 4 in the morning.  And the reality is that their influence is such that they will probably have that power very soon, unless they are stopped right now or in the very near future.

At first I was sickened by your racist, misandristic video, but then I collected myself and realised that, really, I ought to just pity you.  I don’t mean to be cruel – but you’re obviously tormented by your bitterness at being plain and unattractive.  You really need some professional help in order to overcome your transparent sexual jealousy of younger women, and in particular, of Asian females.

You appear to be simply rationalising your own sexual insecurities in order to demonise and criminalise men, and in order to limit the sexual power of females younger and better looking than yourself.  Please stop it – you’re hurting men, and you are restricting the freedoms of thousands of young women and girls around the world.  Seek help, and you might become a better person, able to live with yourself, instead of hating yourself and the world around you.

Perhaps you should take a lesson from your admission that ‘NO ONE CARED’.  That’s right – nobody cares except bitter, unattractive, and aging women, who think they can rig the free sexual market in their own favour by shaming men and introducing law after law that criminilises male sexuality or restricts people’s freedoms. In my opinion, this is the equivalent of rape – on a massive scale.
