Classic clip from British 1990′s cult comedy ‘The Fast Show’ – obviously made before the Brits swallowed down the American extension of paedophilia to include nubile teenage girls – a double shame sandwich served with jealous feminist relish and a tad too much closet pederast senator sauce.
Meanwhile, the land of the free has today declared that sex offenders can be locked away indefinately – AFTER they have served their sentences. The cases involved before the supreme court apparently included a man sentenced for looking at child porn. I’m not sure even in China people get locked away indefinately for clicking on a mouse. Still, this has nothing to do with conservative father’s men’s rights.
The case was seen as a victory for Obama’s nominee to head the Supreme Court – feminist Elena Kagan.
Solicitor General Elena Kagan successfully argued the government’s case in front of the Supreme Court. Kagan has now been nominated to replace the retiring Justice John Paul Stevens.
Kagan in January compared the government’s power to commit sexual predators to its power to quarantine federal inmates whose sentences have expired but have a highly contagious and deadly disease.
“Would anybody say that the federal government would not have Article I power to effect that kind of public safety measure? And the exact same thing is true here. This is exactly what Congress is doing here,” she said.
So in America a man (and I don’t care if he’s 20 or 80) can be locked away indefinately for falling in love with his 17 year old neighbour, something that is still illegal (despite feminist’s efforts) in only America and a handful of countries such as Turkey and Krygistan), but if a men’s rights activist questions whether the age of consent laws in America should be changed, he is denounced as a paedophile by senior traditionalists in the movement.
Even Reddit can see the relevance of this ruling to men’s rights.
