Rising Number of Sex Offenders Causing Overcrowding at British Prison

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-birmingham-20935846

The justice minister has been urged to provide extra space at HMP Birmingham to cope with the rising number of sex offenders being sent there.

The Independent Monitoring Board said the jail was struggling to cope with more historical sex offence cases being solved, a rise in internet pornography convictions and more rape prosecutions.

It has now written to Chris Grayling asking for him to investigate urgently.

The Prison Service said the report would be "fully considered".

France has already started to build prisons, or camps, specifically for subhuman sex offenders.  With a new raft of EU sex laws due to be introduced across the continent this year, including mandatory 1 year prison terms for looking at a single picture of a woman with small breasts online, as well as the criminalization of wolf-whistling and other forms of 'sexual harrassment', it's fair to say that the feminist final solution to the male sexuality problem is about to  begin.

it’s fair to say that the feminist final solution to the male sexuality problem is about to begin.

Or maybe, just maybe and not right away, but sometime in the not too distant future: the totally stupid, indoctrinated and paedohysterical public, might wake up to what's really going on, especially once they realize how much all this 'NONCE-SENSE' is costing them all in taxes...

Are people really so blind to the obvious? That there really cannot be more sex offenders than there ever were and all that's changed is firstly: what constitutes a 'sex-offence' and secondly, that the penalties for such 'offences' are becoming more and more ridiculous and unjustified?

Hopefully, this 'bubble' representing feminist hatred won't grow much bigger, before it inevitably bursts: which will be when ordinary people wake up to it all and that might just be the time when 'the feminist final solution' to their problem with male sexuality (their psychotic sexual jealousy) will end, thus when feminism itself and its destructive ideologies will also end.

How much longer will ordinary men continue naming / shaming and accusing each other of being 'paedophiles', in a childish effort to impress the femihags of the totalitarian gynocracy, that they are complying with, or observing their misandrist dominant narrative?

Those paedocrites might be fooling each other, and themselves, but they must be very naive as well as stupid, to really think that the horrible old jealous femihags don't know how they'd love to fuck a 13 year old 'child', given one quarter of a chance...
Feminists KNOW 'what makes men tick' and it is what they know about us that they EXPLOIT!
Femihags don't believe this 'child sex' hystyeria they stir-up, any more than we (readers and commentators here) do!

Surely their societal misandry cannot last too much longer?

Could you provide the source on this comment? I can't find it through googling and it's triggering my WTF rather insanely.

It is already possible to be charged with 'viewing child pornography' for looking at a picture of a woman with small breasts, who therefore may be interepreted by a feminist judge or cop to merely represent or appear to be a person under 18. This is so in most EU countries made law under existing EU frameworks as well as the United Nations definition of child porn contained with its 'child' rights treaty (which every EU country signed).

The new EU directive will ensure a minimum 1 - 2 year prison sentence for any viewing of 'child pornography' (which as explained above, can be legally defined as viewing a single image of a 30 year old woman showing her small breasts).

Again, as with ages of consent, what's all the more appalling is that Europe seems hell-bent on repeating the mistakes that have been made in the U.S. in the past 20 to 25 years. Aside from locking up "sex offenders" for petty non-violent victimless crimes with often decade-long minimum sentences for even minor infractions like possessing one nude picture of your 17-year-old girlfriend, they have the world's most bloated and ballooned sex offender registries on which you rarely find actual truly dangerous violent child molesters for which these registries were once created, but by now literally hundreds of thousands of registrants whose lives are forever ruined because they mooned somebody, took a leak in a back alley, solicited a prostitute, had sex with their high school sweetheart, or possessed a nude picture of a 17-year-old.

All this is going to come to Europe. Perhaps not in such an extreme way as in America... but then again, it might even be worse.

    Alan:
I wish that were so, but leave it to the Americans to find a pragmatic solution to prisons overcrowded with sex offenders:

"Jessica's Law might, in theory, be a bellweather for the likelihood of reaching the 3/4 of states needed for a Constitutional Amendment that would return to the states the power of deciding whether child rapists should receive the death penalty...six states already authorize the death penalty for child rape."

Given the lack of accountability within the superstate beurocracy of the EU, as well as the fact that the principle motivations driving this are red in tooth and claw female sexual bitterness and jealousy (and hatred of men) rather than simple puritanism (in Europe), I would guess it would be far worse here.

The only safeguard I can see is that the EU fundamental charter of rights forbids the death penalty, and the belief that the death penalty is wrong is one of the things that allows Europeans to maintain their sense of cultural and moral superiority over Americans. Otherwise, I could certainly see 'paedophiles' being herded into death camps across Europe within 20 years.

There is no way you can predict which country will suffer most from paedohysteria on the basis of its level of puritanism, religious make-up (catholic or protestant) or any other obvious factors. Catholic Portugal is perhaps the most paedohysteric nation in Europe at the moment. A British tourist came close to being lynched last year for simply strolling along the beach taking photos of people (including children - and it is illegal now in Portugal to take a photograph of any person under 18). Meanwhile, across the border in Spain the age of consent is still 13 and you will see girls of all ages topless on the beach without a care in the world.

Absolutely. And one prime example for the absence of checks and balances in Europe is the kind of child pornography legislation that was struck down in the U.S. by the Supreme Court in the case of Ashcroft vs. Free Speech Coalition. American citizens won the day by utilizing their democratic right to put their government in its place against overbroad legislation. But the exact same laws were passed in Europe in the form of the 2004 Framework Decision and again last year's Directive against "child pornography", without the people, that's us, having any recourse against it. Only a member state's government delegation at the EU can appeal a Framework Decision, which none have done, and even if a member state's high court later rules national laws based on this directive as unconstitutional, they still have to be re-implemented in another way, shape, or form by that member state.

But it gets even more absurd. Interestingly, so-called "infringements" against EU directives are much more common than you would think:

    http://ec.europa.eu/internal_market/infringements/index_en.htm

All these are violations of binding EU directives and EU law by member states because certain lobby groups in that country managed to get the local government to ignore EU legislation or implement it only sparsely.

For a year-by-year tally of the total numbers of infringement procedures in recent years against EU member states, see also here (in German):

    http://www.europarl.europa.eu/brussels/website/media/modul_05/Hintergrundinformationen/Pdf/Statistik_Vertragsverletzung.pdf

So the next time your government says that there is no way it can't sign a EU "child abuse" directive verbatim into national law, ask them why they don't seem to have a problem with it in many other cases. Even if feminists and moral conservatives are holding your country and its public hostage by saying if it doesn't get implemented, it means you aren't against child abuse.

  8. Great. Finally even r/mensrights are listening.

Unfortunately the BBC is not questioning why there are so many sex offenders.

Are men becoming worse? Men started to become sex offenders recently?

It is probably the opposite. By today's laws most pre-1970 men were probably sex offenders.

    Much more so then today.

After all, they had photos of 16 year old page 3 girls at home.

    Great find, this article!!

Now Klaus Kinski’s 60 year old daughter wants to publish a bestseller on the back of her own dead father

You should have seen the half-page headline about that story on page one of the tabloid "Bild" today (for those who don't know "Bild", it's a sometimes slightly more civilized, yet quite often even more vicious cousin of The Sun).

If the great Klaus Kinski did indeed abuse his daughter sexually, then that is very sad and she deserves all the sympathy we can muster. But in the back of my head, something tells me that maybe much more than that, this is indeed an attempt to create a German Jimmy Savile. Klaus Kinski, although often quite shrewd as a person, was until his death in 1991 Germany's unrivaled number one top actor of his generation, he was well-liked and highly respected in German celebrity circles for his acting talent.

The Jimmy Savile scandal in the UK has proved that dirty laundry and the posthumous dismantling of a celebrity legend still sells newspapers and generates TV ratings, and this might be just the kind of thing that the German tabloid media will take and run with, while the actual accused, just like Savile, can no longer defend himself. When German tabloids ran the Savile scandal, everybody here was more like "huh, what? and who was this Mr. Savile again?"... they must have been jealous that it didn't quite pull here like in the UK. But if they play it right, finally now they don't have to be jealous anymore and can fabricate their German Jimmy Savile.

  10. Eric

The allegations are already on Kinski's Wikipedia article, BTW. I just read it see what movies I remember him from.

I wonder if this isn't part of a bigger plan to turn the whole entertainment industry into the new Satanic Ritual Abuse scandal? Kinski did live in Hollywood for a long time. I'm thinking that the Anglosphere is ripe for a full-scale witch-hunt soon to distract attention from their economic and other problems.

  11. We should convict all 473 000 perpetrators per year. At least the 69 000 rapists.

And we must not differentiate between violent brutal rape and I-was-a-little-drunk-and-regret-my-consent rape.

And we must not mention the ethnicity of the truly dangerous forcible rapists.

And we must not give advice to women how to reduce their chances of being harmed, be it from dangerous rape, be it from harmless rape.

And, no mention of false rape accusations
accusations, which seem to be over 50%.

from the above cited huffington post article

Around 473,000 adult men and women are victims of a sexual offence on average each year, a joint overview by the Ministry of Justice (MoJ), Home Office and Office for National Statistics (ONS) estimated.

But only 54,000 sexual offences are recorded by police on average each year and 5,620 offenders are convicted, the review said, meaning around 1.18% of offences end in a conviction.

The report brings together, for the first time, a range of official figures from across the criminal justice system to provide an overview of sexual offending in England and Wales.

The review showed that one in five women has been a victim of a sexual offence, which includes the most serious crimes such as rape and other offences such as flashing.

Around 69,000 women are estimated to have been raped in the last year, while 90% of victims knew the perpetrator.
