Chinese Feminists Call for Death Penalty for Men Who Have Sex with Minors

Zhen Yan, vice chairman of the All-China Women’s Federation, said Sunday during the government’s annual planning sessions that China’s laws inadequately protect children against sexual crimes and enable violators to dodge the death penalty, according to a report in the Guangzhou Daily (in Chinese).

Ms. Zhen called for greater action to stamp out child prostitution and sexual crimes against minors, noting that the number of cases has been rising in previous years, the report said. In 2009, public security offers arrested 175 alleged offenders on charges related child-sex cases compared to 176 in the four-year period from 2000 to 2004, the Guangzhou Daily cited Ms. Zhen as saying.

The call for more stringent laws comes several months after judges in Chinese courts handed sentences to a group of Chinese government officials that many child-rights advocates believe were too lenient. The officials, from central China’s Shaanxi province, paid to have intercourse with a 12-year old girl. The court classified their crime as “sex with an underage prostitute,” which carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison.

Child protection advocates argue that the officials should have been handed the death penalty for child rape, as the 12-year old–regardless of having received payment–did not likely willingly consent to having sex with the men

To people who think there is any escape anywhere on this planet from the sexual trade union, think again.

And to make clear – when I say escape, I don’t mean to a country where you go thinking you can ‘have sex with minors’.  I mean where you can, for example, pick up a young woman in a nightclub who has told you she is of legal age, or pay for sex with a prostitute who appears to be 18, and not find out the next day that she wasn’t, and that you’re now facing years of rape and beatings in jail as a paedophile child rapist….or the firing squad.

The age of consent in China is currently 14.  Now that the sexual trade union in China has began stirring up paedohysteria, we can expect that to be raised quite soon.  Feminists there are pushing for ‘sex with minors’ to be defined as child rape, as it is now in many European countries (thanks to the lobbying of the radical feminst fake child protection group the NSPCC).  It is child rape, no matter how willing or however many orgasms the girl may or may not have had during the ‘rape’.  And child rape carries the death penalty in China.

This article is from the Wall Street Journal.  A respected American media publication is effectively describing men who have sex with minors as ‘escaping’ the death penalty and benefiting from a ‘loophole’, that needs to be closed by feminists.

And remember, to question any feminist law is an act of hate speech.  In the land of the free.

I said in an article a couple of days ago that I don’t get chatted up by the opposite sex very often (like most men), but last summer I was by a 13 year old Chinese girl and her language student friends.  I couldn’t believe how she (and her friends) seemed to have absolutely no fear or think anything of talking, in fact inititating a conversation with, a man my age in a foreign country.  For my part, it felt like I was talking to a 19 year old university student.  After a few minutes, she asked me if I would show her (and her friends) where to buy some leather belts for her father.  Of course, for reasons of self-preservation, I declined and told her I was meeting friends.

Given that China values social stability so much, and recognises the importance of interaction between generations, and respect of young people for their elders (and vice versa), I would suggest that the Chinese government introduces the death penalty as soon as possible for feminists seeking to cause social instability for reasons of sexual and financial self-interest.  Otherwise, China will quickly turn into the hell hole that western societies have become.

17 year old admits killing pensioner for putting out fire during London riots

The teenager punched Richard Mannington Bowes, 68, knocking him to the ground where he banged his head.

He was taken from the scene near his home in Haven Green, Ealing, west London, but died in hospital.

The boy admitted manslaughter when he appeared at Inner London Crown Court today.

Mr Mannington Bowes died on August 11, three days after being attacked while trying to put out a fire in a dustbin near his home.

He suffered brain damage when his head hit the pavement.

The defendant, who cannot currently be named because of his age, also pleaded guilty to violent disorder today.

He had previously admitted burglary at William Hill, Tesco Express, Blockbusters and Fatboys Thai restaurant on August 8.

Of course, as has been pointed out by many, it’s not the feminists behind this law who are being ‘protected’ from the wolf-whistling, but they do benefit from it. Older feminists have their rabid sexual jealousies soothed by knowing that men could be caged simply for approaching or even looking at a younger woman in the street. With younger feminists, it’s more a case of it allowing them to sexually self-validate themselves by indulging in the fantasy that they are frequent subjects of sexual attention.  Just as those pug ugly slut walkers can live out the fantasy that each of them has sucked and fucked their way through the entire college football team.

And I disagree a little with the six-pack guy when he says women are ‘less obvious’.  I have a similar physique, although with a little more muscle perhaps, and women are not always subtle.  I don’t get wolf-whistles, but I do very often have women (and girls) openly licking their lips and such like at me.  And although I don’t actually get approached in the street often, I do have girls sitting themselves down next to my table in restaurants when there is plenty of empty tables around, stand next to me on at the side of the swimming pool etc (and often becoming aggressive if I don’t then chat them up – in fact, several times, I’ve had women say stuff of the kind ‘he must be a paedophile’ when I haven’t shown any interest back).

There’s another disturbing thing that happens to me fairly often, especially when I’m quite ‘buffed’ as I am now – something that I have reason to find more threatening than a woman does for simply being whistled at in the street.  Very often, when I’m in a restaurant or such like, a woman will be sitting with her partner and begin repeatedly checking me out (like the woman in the above video) – something which I tend to ignore.  But quite often, when her partner catches her looking at me, or indeed if I catch her eyes, she’ll immediately complain to him that I was looking at her – a transformation and rationalisation of her sudden guilt at being physically interested in another guy in his presence.  Such a woman would rather have her boyfriend or myself beaten up than admit to herself that she had wandering eyes.

A father has been banned from being alone with his eight-year-old daughter after telling police he accidentally accessed child porn while attempting to download music from the internet.

Nigel Robinson says his life has been plunged into a nightmare since he reported himself to authorities as an act of good citizenship.

When the 43-year-old plumber told police he had inadvertently downloaded shocking pictures of ‘young girls’, officers contacted social services.

His laptop was seized and – because of lengthy waiting times for police analysis of computers in non-urgent cases – the investigation could mean he is not allowed to be alone with his daughter for a year. Mr Robinson claims he is being treated like a criminal for trying to do the right thing.

Wolf-whistling and ‘sexist remarks’ could soon be illegal throughout the EU under the latest anti-male European convention – signed on International Women’s Day.

In a special event to mark International Women’s Day, David Cameron will pledge to fight verbal and non-verbal violence against women, including sexual harassment.

By signing the Council of Europe convention, he will vow to take “necessary legislative measures” against anyone breaking the clauses within, by committing “verbal, non-verbal or physical” sexual harassment.

This is thought to include sexist comments and street harassment, including shouting or whistling at women in public.

In particular, the convention sets out a definition of sexual harassment, as “violating the dignity of a person, in particular when creating an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive environment.”

This, it says, is “subject to criminal or other legal sanction”.

This is how politics works in the eUSSR. One day, we wake up, and without discussion or debate, our leaders announce the most absurd laws that, actually or potentially, criminalise the entire male population of Europe.  Another new and vaguely worded EU convention has been signed into law.

Can you imagine, for example, how Rebecca Watson’s Elevatorgate incident might potentially be covered under these new laws?  In future, when you approach a woman in Europe and ask her for a coffee, if she happens to think you’re a beta male piece of disposable shit that is beneath her, then she could have you arrested for invading her dignity and creating an ‘intimidating environment’.  In future, if you stop and turn your head at the slut with the see-through leggings and her boobs hanging out, it might not be enough for her to look back at you like you’re a perverted piece of filth – she could have you caged as a sex offender.

And even if the odd European country were to be brave enough to refuse to sign up to such stupidity – which never happens these days – there would still be no escape.  The state now owns you, and it doesn’t matter where you commit these ‘crimes’.  It was also announced today that British men who commit any ‘abuse’ against women in another EU state, can be arrested and tried in the UK if it is not possible in the country where it took place (i.e. it’s not illegal there).  This ‘when in Rome, don’t do as the Romans do or you’ll end up in a British jail back home’ rule had already been introduced by the previous British government for cases of ‘paedophilia’.  So, for example, even though the age of consent is 13 in Spain, you could still go to jail in the UK if you were spotted by a holidaying British police officer kissing a 15 year old senorita on the lips.

Those who rape or “seriously harm” women will be prosecuted in this country if charges are not brought abroad under the “unprecedented” agreement.

The new procedures would also cover offences such as forced marriage, female genital mutilation, and forced abortions which may not be illegal abroad.

Last night, Mr Cameron also said that stalking would be made a criminal offence. “Stalking is an abhorrent crime,” the Prime Minister said. “It makes life a living hell for victims. That is why we are explicitly criminalising stalking to make sure that justice is done.”

Currently, only murder and paedophile offences committed abroad can be prosecuted in British courts. In a joint statement to mark International Women’s Day, the Prime Minister and his deputy said they were acting to tackle the “utter scandal” of violence and domestic abuse suffered by millions of women.

One of the great Scottish philosopher David Hume’s central arguments against political anarchy was that, if you didn’t like the laws of your own country, you could simply go and bugger off somewhere with rules more to your taste.  Unfortunately, in the civilised Britain of the 18th century, it must have been impossible for Hume to imagine that 300 years later, every man would have become the mere possession of the Big Sister fascist state to which he happened to be born.

And let’s be honest, it’s as much men as women who shame other men for using sex toys..  Sometimes I think that this is must be some kind of deep-rooted psychological inability of men to admit or even discuss anything which might be seen as an admission of ‘sexual inferiority’ to rival males – in the same way that most white men will never admit that white women (who aren’t fat and ugly, at least) find black men sexually attractive (whether it’s true or not).

It’s rather illuminating with regards to older men and teens, that the media, after all the draconian legislation and moral shaming, still has a need to portray these ‘paedophiles’ as sexual losers, who ‘can’t get a woman their own age’.  Thus, remarkably easily, the sexual trade union has managed to define men finding nubile fertile girls at the height of their sexual attractiveness as the ultimate in unmasculinity. Feminists know that a man being defined as a sexual loser is as painful to most men as years in prison spent being raped in the ass as a sex predator.

And this leads to the question as to whether that same psychology will prevent there even being a men’s rights movement that is positively pro-male sexuality.  For to admit that male sexuality is being victimised by feminists is perhaps too close to an individual male admitting that he is, in some sense, a sexual loser.

This is one reason why I’m very conscious of not furthering the image of MRAs being sexual losers, especially when we know it is the feminists and their unattractive female support base, and their omega male mangina white knight champions, who are evidently the ones who can’t get laid, who need to criminalize others to have any hope at all of succeeding sexually.

In fact, if you have seen photographs or video of some of the leading men’s rights activists – such as AngryHarry, W.F.Price, Paul Elam, Bernard Chapin, Warren Farrell – they are all, despite being in or past middle-age, handsome men.  Compare that to the leading feminists, and indeed, the leading manginas..

And there is always the Japanese. Certainly Japanese men don’t seem to have any hang ups about sex toys at all.  In Japan, the gender roles in relation to the purchase and use of sex toys is almost completely reversed.  For every vibrator, there are a dozen male masturbators – often of astonishing variety and complexity.  Take a look, for example, at the following Japanese online sex toy shop : http://www.sextoysjapan.com/

Steve Moxon on the BBC Coverage of ‘Clare’s Law’

Steve Moxon made a rare update of his blog today – attacking the BBC’s flagship news programme ‘Today’ over their coverage of the new domestic violence law (‘Clare’s Law’) which gives British women the right to ask the police whether their partner has a record of domestic violence :

As ever the BBC’s flagship news show, Today, totally misrepresents domestic violence (‘intimate-partner violence’ as it is properly known).
The BBC reports that the Home Office is to announce plans to enable women to check up on new partners to see if they have a history of DV/IPV.
No mention of the actually more serious issue of women perpetrators and their male victims.
WELL RESEARCHED FACTS:
1. The ‘controlling’ partner in 90% of couples is the woman, not the man.
2. Serious DV/IPV is perpetrated more by women — three to six times as much.
3. Injuries as a result of DV/IPV review studies show to be either parity or at most 2:1 female/male’ this despite female sex-differential body frame weakness and male sex-differential upper body strength.
4. Women are more likely in DV/IPV to use a weapon, attack unilaterally, and/or to attack when the partner is disabled; eg, asleep.
Nobody knows the incidence of women murdering their partners because most is hidden: either by using a third party or subterfuge.
This means that most murder of husbands and boyfriends by partners is not recorded as such.
By contrast, uxoricide is nearly always direct and overt — the guy nearly always kills himself straight afterwards (as, indeed, did Clare Woods’ partner); women never do so.
The upshot is that it is completely false to claim that murder of partners is mainly by men.
It may be roughly 50/50, and given what we know about DV/IPV it may be more by women. Nobody knows.
Refuge is an extreme-feminist, separatist man-hating obscenity of an organisation, as anyone without PC blinkers readily sees.
The notorious man-hating leader of Refuge, Sandra Horlick, knows all too well that men rarely seek help whereas women always do.
Most accusations to police are fraudulent — even more so than rape (and that, conservatively, is 35%).
If definition of DV/IPV were widened to encompass any sort of ‘abuse’ [sic] this still further plays into extreme separatist feminist hands, because although such abuse is female sex-typical, men are unlikely to complain of it — women are likely to invert their abuse to ‘project’ it on to their partner and themselves ciomplain to police!
The BBC’s view of DV/IPV could not differ more from the reality.

Germany Urged to End Sex Offender Castration

Europe’s top human rights watchdog, the Council of Europe, has urged Germany to end the practice of surgically castrating sex offenders.

The council’s anti-torture committee said such voluntary treatment, albeit rare in Germany, was “degrading”.

In Germany no more than five sex offenders a year have been opting for castration, hoping it will lower their sex drives and reduce their jail term.

The committee’s recommendations are not binding but have great influence.

The committee’s official title is the European Committee for the Prevention of Torture and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CPT).

“Surgical castration is a mutilating, irreversible intervention and cannot be considered as a medical necessity in the context of the treatment of sexual offenders”, the CPT report said. It was based on an investigation in Germany carried out in November-December 2010.

The BBC’s Stephen Evans in Berlin says the German authorities argue that castration is not a punishment but a treatment which enables, as a government statement put it, “suffering tied to an abnormal sex drive… to be cured, or at least alleviated”.

I have somewhat mixed feelings about this.  So the ‘top European human rights body’ seems to have no problem with middle-aged feminists criminalising male sexuality in ever more extensive and draconian ways….and yet get on their moral high horse when ‘sex offenders’ are given the opportunity of removing the source of their suffering (i.e. having a dick)!
